Confident, reliable female guitarist needed.

1. You need to have an advanced level of musicianship about yourself. That does NOT mean we require decades of experience. Grit, ability and determination are far more important.

2. We're an original rock band. We write songs where each player needs to know their role and value in the mix.

3. Most older BWS arrangements are typically complete, meaning we've already figured out what works and what doesn't. Regardless, we're certainly open to fresh suggestions. But established songs and music do have structure. It's why you repeatedly listen to music you like, right?

There are older videos of the band as a 5-piece readily available on YouTube and some others on Facebook. These clips still represent the essence of our sound and direction.

Our production values have increased over time, and we still truly enjoy performing and refining our catalog of songs. Plus we do play some select covers as necessary, depending on the show.

Look, if you get all butt-hurt because you don't like to be held accountable, or if you believe everything's about you all the time, then please go form your own band.
