Looking for a percussionist/vocalist for acoustic rock/vocal trio. Think cajon (amped), a mic and an accoutrement of other percussion instruments (tambourine, shakers, bells, cabasa, etc.).
Currently two guitar player/singers have been playing for several months and have a selection of 40 cover tunes and growing and are just starting to gig. A mixture of acoustic guitars, bass, ukulele, banjo, and harmonica. Covering artists like Beatles, Tom Petty, Hootie & the Blowfish, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eagles, George Ezra, Michael Franti & Spearhead and many others.
The trio will perform acoustic rock type songs with two guitar player/vocalists on stools and percussionist/vocalist seated on cajon or throne with small kit. Two and three part vocal harmonies are key on many songs.
Will perform at wineries, breweries, and pubs about once a month. More frequent at times, less other times. Not in it for the money, primarily in it for fun, the love of music, and to keeping our craft alive by performing out.
