Brandon is a composer and guitarist. In 2011, he recorded on the album “A Stitch In Time,” by keyboardist Mike Prigodich. The jazz-fusion record includes many great performers and recording artists such as Damian Erskine (Jaco Pastorias Big Band, Gino Vannelli), Reinhardt Melz (Gino Vannelli, Alex Acuna), John Nastos (Mel Brown, Pink Martini) among others. In 2012, Brandon took 2nd place at the Classical Revolution PDX sponsored Oregon State String Composers Competition for his string quartet entitled, Sixteen Strings: Eight Hands–4 Bows–20 Lines–One Mind. Brandon's current projects range from jazz to rock & roll. SphericPDX, a recently disbanded project of several years, with Dave Dernovsek (Manimal House, Yak Attack), Murray Gusseck (Emulator, MRU), and Joel Davis (MRU, DMT), had been seen playing high-energy jazz-rock fusion around the PDX area. Woody, Wiseman & Sprague was Brandon's longtime progressive rock project featuring some of his best and most inventive compositions along with those from the other members, Philip Wiseman (Minds Align), and Joshua Sprague (MRU). You used to be able to see Brandon playing all our favorite classic rock covers in a local NW band called Radio Goo, which performed everything from the Eagles to Neil Young, Led Zeppelin to Tom Petty, and Rush to The Black Keys. Currently, Brandon is the lead guitarist and co-arranger and writer in the local, up-and-coming Between Dimensions jazz-rock-prog fusion band out of PDX. Members: Brian Christopher (rhythm guitar, lead composer) and Paul Ansotegui (Drummer, co-arranger). They are currently writing, recording, and mixing for their first album release. Check 'em out on for some amazing and fresh compositions full of fire and soul. Brandon is also currently rocking with folk-rock singer-songwriter Chris Juhlin. See them playing their brand of original Americana infused folk-rock and classic rock songs at regional festivals, midwest corporate events, or local venues in the PDX area.

...I'm classically trained in music theory, composition and classical guitar, but improvisation is my specialty. I'm a working jazz/rock/blues/funk musician and solo acoustic/eclectic artist and I'd like to find excellent players (emphasis on excellent) to either work on original material or jam with. I love jamming in the style of fusion, jazz, and acoustic Latin/jazz/world/experimental-ish types of music... I love originality, but good musical phrasing with knowledge behind it really gets me going!
