ABOUT

Started playing guitar after 6 years of formal Trumpet Training,1st chair in High School.
Played Guitar only recreationally at parties and small events until joining a band in the late 90's.
Band took off, played over 500 live shows.
Played support for Primus, Mary's Danish, Urban Dance League, Mojo Nixon, The Vandals.
Played large and small venues, Oakland Coliseum, Catalyst, Santa Crus Event Center, all major S.F. and S.J. Clubs, (Cactus Club favorite).
Studio D Co-owner/Producer Joel Jaffe took us under his wing and recorded and produced a 3 song demo and after shopping us got us a record deal with RoadrunnerRecords.
The night we got the announcement a tragic event in the group caused us to disband.
Have been retired since but still studying and practicing to improve.
Practice every free day and weekends to refine my style of Expanded Pentatonic scale, integrated mode scales, and shapes.
Creative at free riffing on the fly and thinking on my feet.
Lately focusing on Drop A&B tuning,
Solid Rhythm player.

From the beginning, Hendrix, Cream, Led Zep, John Mayall, (and the likes), over the years morphed into Iron Maiden, Megadeath, Testament, Metallica, Annihilator, Primus, Chili Peppers, Pennywise, Slipknot, 5 Finger Death Punch, AvengeSevenfold to name a few.

Full rack of analog and digital effects played through ADA T-100 Stereo Power Amp, 2 Marshal Cabs 300 watt Celest Speakers, (Strips the paint off the walls).
