I'm a contralto jazz/pop and blues/rock singer. I've studied at the Berkeley Jazz School, and with private coaches. I lean toward jazz and blues inspired music with a modern edge...think Amy Winehouse's Frank album. If it's got complexity and smoky intensity, I'm in.

I'm currently putting a new band together, bandmix/chernobylsunflower/ and we're looking for a bass and piano player to join. The tracks below are from a different band a long while ago, so they don't reflect the direction I'm looking to go these days, but it gives you a sense for my voice.

I'm also open to other collaborations or studio sessions. However, since I'm also the founder of BandDjinni my time is quite limited these days. But, I can write original lyrics for existing compositions. Or I have a few works in progress that would benefit from a group who can latch on to the direction and realize the intention. I'm equally happy performing your pre-written work. Reach out if you have something in mind.
