Cascia Talbert, known as the country flutist, is a professional performer, composer, arranger and music teacher. She studied music and flute at the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater graduating with a BA in 2001. While in college she performed in the flute choir and played piccolo with the marching band and concert band.

She started teaching private flute lessons in 1998 while in college. Currently, she teaches private lessons at Music Makers for Life, Inc in Crystal Lake, Il. Cascia has over 30 years of performance experience playing her flute and singing with church choirs, for weddings, private gatherings and currently with a local Christian band. Along with performing she writes and arranges music for flute.

Cascia lives in the Chicago area with her husband, five children and three cats.
