I am interested in putting a band together to play covers of hard rock/early metal (Zeppelin/Sabbath, etc..), heavy blues, and to write original songs/material, as well.
I am looking for a female vocalist (a harmonica player would be a welcome bonus), a bassist, and a drummer. Entry level skill/ commitment is fine, as I am just seeing what comes of all this. The most important thing is to have fun!!!
As for me, I have been playing on and off since I was a teenager. However, I just recently started playing again after not touching a musical instrument for almost 10 years.
I recorded a hard rock version of “Born on the Bayou” in my basement studio about 11 years ago under the name of Delmarva Rebel. I played everything, but drums. The song can be heard on you tube.
