I am a singer-songwriter. I am an acoustic guitarist specializing in finger style playing. Think James Taylor, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, John Prine, Lyle Lovett, Townes Van Zandt, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; you get the idea. Presently I am a solo performer. I have done a lot of solo gigs around the Puget Sound area.
I am seeking musicians who are not necessarily songwriters themselves but competent players who like to back up the main guy. I am thinking trio. I am thinking keyboard and percussion or even bass (stand-up bass would be fantastic), possibly even electric guitar or fiddle. Serious musicians only who will dedicate time and energy to rehearsal. Ability to sing backup vocals would be nice!
