I'm a bit older than most of the members on bandmix. I sang and played drums for most of my career. Had to stop playing drums because of a foot injury but I love singing and hope to continue for the rest of my life. I'm not a screamer, but I can belt out a tune....I have some pipes. Most recently I've been doing covers for a few bands. Rock, Funk and country. My preference is to find a funky big band with horns, alternating between doing lead vocals and background harmony. I also have original material that would do nicely in a big band setup. I'm also open to fronting a smaller band that does original and cover tunes.
