I’m a drummer looking for a band. I like playing rock and the lighter side of metal especially the “groove-heavy” variety and also play rock-influenced funk, soul, blues, funkier jam-band stuff. I can play in some odd times and can sing a little backup vocals. I’ve played guitar on & off for years which gives me some insight when writing.
I'm in my 30's, been playing drums for 20 years and have experience being in bands and gigging out. I'm looking for a new or established band where we can practice once a week in general and shoot to gig about 1x/month. For me, drummer is more of a hobby now than a career path. I may have a place to practice with a little more soundproofing or if we play at somewhere below full volume.
