ABOUT

Here’s the deal folks. I am a singer songwriter and I have written ALL genera of musical styles over the decades .Everything from World Opera to -Jazz-Hindustani raga-Rock & Roll- Folk-Blues-World etc...am I missing anything? Ok I am not interested in RAP and Classical Chinese Opera.
I play 12 guitar and for years in my youth I was a serious percussionist . However at the end of the day I consider my strongest instrument vocals. In an ideal situation I would just sing.
That said, if you are still with me here, these are the kind of people I am looking for:
1. You need to be able to commute over here to the 98166 (Burien) area for practice.
2. Can you manage practice on daytime? I am flexible from Monday to Saturdays.
3.At this stage I do an open mic in the evenings now and then with some musician friends and at some point we will be going into the studio.
4. I am doing almost all originals of mine and just a cover or two here and there.
5. Since my music genera are all over the place I can utilize all sorts of instrumentalists although if you play a highly unusual exotic instrument it might be more limited :) LOL
6. I would especially like to talk to a percussionist and Sax and piano players and a 12 string guitarist , but really any instrument you play can be useful.
7, I’d rather do I song right than 10 songs half ass and good solid music can take time.So just give me a call first and lets talk . Compatibility is usually more important than the particular genera of music. Putting a group or band together is sort of like putting a family together. Easier said than done ...but nonetheless doable! :)
