Hey, Dustin aka EmCDL here! I'm originally from Virginia but moved over here to SoCal to pursue a career in music; I'm also majoring in it in school at the moment. I'm really into the deep house/R&B/chillout-lounge/downtempo electronica genre as of late, as I have been highly inspired by it; but with a small hint of hip hop added to it for good measure. I'm trying out something new, and I would like to make friends and collab with up and coming artists out here in the SoCal area that have similar interests as I do. Mainly looking for deep house/soul singers (both female and male) as well as other electronica producers that are fans of the genre. I'm currently working on a project right now titled 'The Music/Wine EP' and would love to collab with some up and comers! Loungin' Nights (vocalmix) ft. Ace Mitch Year: 2010 Genre: Lounge
A hip hop/chillout lounge type track I did with a friend of mine from Texas. He (ace) came up to SoCal to visit, and we jumped in the studio right away to record this. This was my 1st time actually rapping on a track; I wrote the lyrics while at my job before going into the studio haha! I've gotten positive reactions to this song, and feel as though this is the direction I'm going towards in my music overall.
