SEEKING GUITARIST:
We're a hard rock/alternative/indie project seeking an experienced guitarist. Original music only (Tracks below labeled "Fluxxed" are from our practice sessions- iPhone-level quality! Haha). We’re a trio of seasoned musicians (20+ yrs. each) with an eclectic mix of styles and talents.

We’re looking for:
-Stage experience
-Plays well with others
-Ability to communicate in conscious and non-harmful ways
-Ideally some songwriting skills
-Ability to collaborate and have fun

We are looking to play shows and eventually record. Our main goal is to enjoy collaborating, creating and performing live music together (we're not focused on income, but it’s welcome!).

I'm primarily a vocalist, but also a guitarist and percussionist. I write my own songs (lyrics, melodies, music) and also play some covers. I love collaborating.

I'm open to many genres! Been playing guitar for 25 years and singing all my life (and have also had lots of training).
As a drummer, I was originally trained in West African drumming and used to be in a West African drum band. I also used to drum for a Portland belly dance troupe (Middle Eastern rhythms).

I'm not able to join another full-time band, but am interested in side projects such as :
-Duos with most any instrument or another singer, harmonies (no americana, country, or white-boy blues tho, please!)
-A cover band ONLY if it's unusual (Morphine? Cocteau twins? Mazzy Star? anyone?)
-Percussion/drum groups (especially Brazilian or West African)
-Drumming and/or singing with spoken word and hiphop artists (yes I can make beats)
