I also play in a voluntary band that reads music.
I started out playing bass in high school for my Jazz Swing Choir and dropped it after High School and picked it up again 3 years ago. I have a BA in Music from The University Of Washington in Trombone Performance. I also play Bass Trombone. Former member of the North Shore Concert Band, Northwest Symphonie, Highland Park Symphonic Winds, Willow Creek Orchestra. Skokie Valley Symphony on bass Trombone.
I have studied Trombone with Ed Kleinhammer, Charlie Vernon, Jeff Reynolds, Stuart Demster. I have studied Bass with Paul Merar, Professional Jobbing Bassist in Chicago. I am the Bass Teacher at Antioch Music, Franchise of Deerfield Music Store.
