I lead Gaya's Earth & Spirit Band, a professional mantra band that holds community events with call and response chanting. I write and arrange our music and we play events at yoga studios, homes, community centers. We sing in both English and Sanskrit, but the goal is community participation, so the music is not super elaborate. I play the harmonium, keys and sing most lead vocals.

I own sound equipment to amplify our sound up to about a 3000 square foot venue. We employ a sound tech to run the board at events.

CALENDAR
Past Events
As part of a larger workshop in at a yoga studio in Folsom CA, we are presenting a 45-60 minute kirtan. We will likely play 3 interactive songs, chanting back and forth with the audience. We currently need a response singer (I will sing the call) and a guitarist/bassist. Extra credit if you can do both! Our aim is to help people get into a deep meditative state.
