For the last 6 years, I have worked in Pro bands playing all types of engagements as far South as Monterey, as far North as Chico and as far East as Placerville. Most recently, I led a 6 person, 4 piece Dance / Party band that focuses primarily on Summer Concert series, weekend festivals, private engagements and corporate events.
I have a private studio in a safe location with a garden view that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 musicians, complete with a full PA, bass amp, keyboards and speakers if needed, and mics / stands for everyone that wants to sing.

Influences
My foundation is as a Rock musician, learning from the Classic and Prog masters of the 70's and 80's. As the number of venues for original music dwindled in the 90's, it became necessary to incorporate Contemporary Pop, Funk, R & B and Swing into my repertoire of styles in order to stay current and have ample opportunities to perform.

EQUIPMENT
Currently, I play a hybrid drum kit. The predominantly acoustic components are augmented with electronic triggers and pads which allow me to sample, trigger and loop the various sounds that are essential to the vast percussive elements found in today's pop recordings. I also sing leads, have a full size, private rehearsal studio (comfortably fits 7), along with a full, traveling PA rig.
