We're three San Francisco musicians working weekly on a growing indie rock band featuring original material and backed by a strong debut album. We're looking for super-committed collaborators to 'do this for real' :)

Up 'til now we have done a few gigs open mics with various temporary collaborators, and spent a lot of time as a recording group that posts on , but we're hoping to ramp up our live presence and put together a permanent full band.

WHAT WE NEED:

We're looking for a long-term keys player with experience either in A) using and creating synth textures on-stage, or B) just playing great piano and keyboard parts. We want to elevate our mostly-acoustic live sound into an electric and synth-intensive sound much like our recordings, and start playing larger/longer gigs where we are featured players and not just open mic'rs. One of the ways we are doing this is by using looping with a keyboard/Ableton live combo, and we're hoping someone can take over this so the rest of us can play our guitars.

If we like you, we'll send you a couple mp3s of our own with keyboard parts to learn. Then we'll have you come by to jam with us at some point in the next couple weeks, and if we all gel well we'll start rehearsing as a full band, and start saying "yes" to the non-open-mic real-gig offers we've received!

Men and women are equally invited; just be between, say, age 18-60. Please note we're all people with day jobs and we're doing this out of love of the craft, so we can't pay you. We'd love to have our music heard by the masses, but the plan for now is just to see how far we can take it in the Bay Area. We are very intent on aggressively promoting our upcoming album online.

WHO WE ARE:

Jason is 32, a singer/songwriter who plays rhythm guitar and has his own miniature recording studio where we have recorded our debut album.

Emily is 25, also a talented singer and songwriter and sometimes-bassist, who manages our web presence and helped put together the studio.

Sean, 46, is our newest recruit and plays lead guitar as well as singing backing vocals; has lots of previous experience as a long-time musician.

EQUIPMENT

Lots of guitars and basses, amps, vocal processors, monitors, simple mixing board, mobile pre, Ableton Live for looping, a couple mics, and a keyboard.
