ABOUT

I do have a small gig booked during BBB, nothing else so hoping to get new clips recorded soon with some different local players who can play at a good volume when needed.
I'm looking to work on songs as a team or individually as needed.
If there's no immediate gig booked, I'm flexible with people who need time to work on the songs, and I try to make it easy to get up to speed. I have provided songlists with links and even chord changes to get things moving.

Influences

My style emphasizes a strong groove and Hammond B3 organ sound, and I am currently influenced by The Altered Five Blues Band, but I also sing NOLA - Neville Brothers, Meters, Funk and I've learned to sing other great songs suggested by band members when the lyrics are not to hard. I always play with another lead instrument, so that my B3 organ module can ramp up the Leslie and do volume swells while I'm singing, but my guitar also comes through a different amp. I can make any band sound great and I'm OK to sit in now and then, depending on what you got.

My songs are covers but we sway from the usual 3 chord, 12 bar songs where you hear the same overly loud stuff.
The dynamics and vocals are important, with a lower level on drums & instruments when vocals come in.
We do other styles if a player is also a singer or a band member suggests something different. Open to have occasional sit in players / singers.

EQUIPMENT

I run the sound from the band area and I like to record good sounding video, so a balanced sound with amps, or an FRFR in the backline is needed for stereo video clips recorded from area directly in front of the band, I have between 50-75 clips on youtube already and want some more doing the new songs, using local players and if all the instruments are fed into my PA, I can record all the audio channels and a stereo mix easily with an SD card.
Electronic drums can be discussed.
