Active (gigging/regularly practicing in a full band) Bass player in LA County seeking other musicians ready/looking to gig relatively soon in the LA Bar Scene. Playing hit covers to packed bars.
Bass Player committed to practicing (2-3 times a week if necessary). Music theory literate, studying and practicing Pop/Rock/alternative/Ballads, anything melodic, reading charts trying to play compositions note for note.
**I am currently in a band that is actively practicing and gigging at bars in Los Angeles County. I am looking for individuals that enjoy playing classic covers (anything on the radio- please forgive if this sounds superficial, I myself love non popular music ex) Arnold Schoenberg, Charles Ives).
I love to collaborate with other musicians, play classics, even improvise exploring chords (C Maj 7 add 9, D Minor6).
Music collaboration is key for me (love anything from classic Pop/ R&B, Spanish Rock, Country, classic rock).
I work remote full time, and I am available for practice in Los Angeles County evenings during the work week. and on the weekends I have more availability.
