I'm a prolific songwriter who recently moved to the West Coast from the East Coast. I'm looking to form a cohesive band, get some gigs, get recorded, and ultimately share some beautiful music with the world with like-minded folks.
Some background info: I'm a life-long musician and songwriter as well as a professional web developer, whose music is primarily focused on the genres of folk, rock and folk-rock. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and studied music at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration on jazz and classical piano as well as jazz guitar. While in Pittsburgh, I was the keyboardist and vocalist for several bands including Valux and The Visuals before focusing on solo efforts and recording my debut album For None To Claim. I moved around a bit, and was a solo act in the greater Boston area in the early 2000's as well as scoring music for various documentaries of Emmy-nominated filmmaker Robert Koenig ("The Wrestler's Second: The Story of Mongolia's Struggle with Yadargaa" and the award-winning "Returned: Child Soldiers of Nepal's Maoist Army"). I moved to Northern California in 2014 with my wife and 2 kids.
