Hello! My name is James and I have several years of experience recording and playing drums. My most recent gig has been with the high-intensity ballroom dance show, Burn The Floor. Before that, I was part of the Rock Of Ages Broadway musical production o the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship. I recorded and played with the indie rock band, Meho Plaza from 2007-2010. Before moving to L.A., I recorded and played with Atlantic recording artists, Kill Hannah out of Chicago.
I studied percussion under Brian Justisson at Millikin University before transferring to Columbia College in Chicago to receive my bachelors degree.
I am very adept at chart reading and can handle complex scores, having played in many music theatre situations.

Kit 1: 8pc Drum Workshop (2000) Artist Series, red sparkle drums. Paiste 16",18" Giant Beat crashes and "14 Sound Edge hi hats.
KIt 2: Four piece "trash" kit, comprised of random makes of drums. This is for dirty punk/noise/experimental music.
