Hello hello, my name is Jason and I am a songwriter/sound engineer. If you have been having a few stagnant rehearsals where the writing hasn't been going very far then I would be more than happy to help! I have been writing songs the majority of my time playing music and have been learning how to bring out the best in a song idea. Influences

My writing is influenced by many bands and genres as I like to learn what I can from anything. For example my bass lines have inspiration from muse to learn how to write intricate bass lines to bring out the best sounndinng notes in a song, yet also influenced by blues and funk to know whenn sometimes you just need to emphasize the beat to make the crowd want to stand up and dance. But another thing that actually is a very important influence on my writing isn't any song, band, or genre. It's actually from learning mixing. This is because I can imagine what role the instruments should play to bring out the best in a song and gives me an entirely new perspective on how each band member works together.

EQUIPMENT

If you're more in need of making your tracks sound more professional, then allow me to tell you what I have to offer. My set up is mostly electronic and my guitar and bass amps are all virtual but if you would like to record your amp I also have the means to record it if you were to bring it to here. I own many high quality guitars and basses if you would like to rent one to play on your recordings. For drums I have an E-Kit as I prefer to work with midi however if you have acoustic kit and the microphones for it I'd be more than happy to work with the sound files from that. For vocals and acoustic guitars I have two microphones, a Shure beta 58A and a tube microphone from Lewitt (LCT 840 Tube Condenser Microphone)
