Singer/Frontman w/ some guitar skills- ISO COVER BAND to Join. Startup or established. Generally I sing mostly and play rhythm guitar (acoustic or electric) when needed. (At least that's been the pattern)

60's- 70's- 80's Rock Classics, Southern Rock, Some 90's Progressive/Alternative Rock, Blues Rock, even 80's- 90's- to current country, ( I just don't have the look or the vocals for Hard Rock/Metal/Thrash type stuff) Baritone to Tenor clean..er voice.
I have stage experience. You don't have to be awesome, just dedicated and show up when required for practice and gigs.

The eventual goal: performing for an audience on weekends. Free, Paid, Whatever to start. I just want to play.

I know bands don't make much these days but playing to make money for the bar and non for the band sucks, so Something is better than nothing. No PAY TO PLAY but will volunteer for special causes when needed.

Artists I feel I sing well include Genres of these bands, Black Crows, John Mellencamp, John Cafferty, Skynard, SRV, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Doobie Bros., Poison, Cheap Trick, The Knack, Romantics, Bryan Adams, Train, Foo Fighter, Incubus, 3 Doors Down, Bon Jovi, T. Petty, Green Day, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Alabama, ZZ Top and others. Pretty much the standard stuff. What can I say... that's my wheel house.

I like the Alternative/Grunge sound but have not performed much of them. Song choice is key in this genre.
