The band SinglePoint (formed in Summer 2010) has been gigging a lot and is seeking an ADDITIONAL vocalist (or two) to share the stage! We play EVERYTHING, from 90s alternative rock to modern hip-hop, club and pop. The direction is moving more towards the hip-hop tunes because people unanimously love them and respond with wild cheering and dancing!!

Current lead singer has a BM in Vocal Performance from University of California, Irvine with professional opera experience and years of vocal training. Anyone with vocal training (voice lessons), musical theater background and performance experience is a plus. Ideally, someone with fresh, young, clear and versatile voice is preferred. Clean and professional lifestyle.
Male or female is okay. Great vocal range, high-voltage energy and super-chill attitude. Ability to also play an instrument is preferred (guitar, keys, fiddle, horn, etc...).
This band is about equality--that means setting up and tearing down equipment for every show and being prepared with new songs learned coming into rehearsals, which are usually once a week, sometimes twice (Tuesdays and/or Thursdays) from 6-9pm off Biddeford exit (32) and Route 111.

EQUIPMENT
This band is very professional and puts on quite a production with huge speakers, mega bass and flashing lights, which has been very well received on the Portland night club scene. Shows are usually about 3 hours of performance time with 2 hours to set up and 1 hour to tear down. We have a HUGE SinglePoint trailer to haul all gear to/from performances near and far.
