I am a good/ unique guitar player, writer/ collaborator/ arranger/ sound engineer although not by trade. My genre would fall in the indie, folk, folk rock, rock, Americana, Christian, blues, new age depending on the song. I can enhance and conform to most styles but I have a definite organic rootsy style that stays fairly consistent regardless of the genre of the tune. I do have examples of my playing in a couple genres but in no way represent everything I'm capable of. I would recommend listening to them on a decent set of earphones or speakers with a stereo field or some of the tracks won't come through the way they were meant to be heard. I feel like the music being put out today has for the most part become overly processed, and soulless. I think music that is more organic where you can hear the nuances of the musicians is ready to make a comeback. I love the feel of the dead in the late 70's, but I want to cover new ground, and write and perform songs that although are capable of that vibe are something new and relevant. Cleaner, more concise and more to the point with less psychedelic noodling. I want to put together a band that, that can play multiple genres well. Some original material and more of my playing, at:

Sunshine
Sunshine Track number: 1 Year: 2013 Genre: Southern Rock
This is a demo, still needs a bridge or turn around and solo section. It reminds me of an old sailing ship pounding through a storm, seeking redemption. It's a song of survival.

Deal (cover) Track number: 2 Year: 2013 Genre: Country
This is a cover of The Grateful Dead's Deal. Just wanted to demonstrate my Jerry abilities in the 70's era.
