I am currently studying voice acting (mainly for cartoons, anime, videogame and commercial voice overs), classical voice (soprano) and musical theatre. I have been studying music for over five years now, and I'm looking to use my voice with other musicians. I belt well, which comes in handy for musical theater XD For the past few months I've been averaging about 25 hours of practice a week (that includes both voice and piano). Influences
Oh goodness... Emery, Eyes Set to Kill, Relient K, Briertone, Evanescence, Within Temptation (Sharon den Adel vocals, really), Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, and a ton of others that I will have to add later.
Honestly, I LOVE symphonic metal and rock. That's the one thing I'd truly love to do. (For examples, look up "Stand My Ground" by Within Temptation, or "What Have you Done?" by Within Temptation. Two of my all time favorite songs. What Have You Done? is the closest to what I'm comfortable with vocally.)
