ABOUT

For several years I was playing in a classic rock dance band then Covid hit. Prior to that I was in two Santana cover bands, a blues band, a band that played originals, to name a few.

I am a very stable, 60-something, life-long keyboardist. I am low-drama, easy to get along with, reliable and punctual. I play with professional gear and have reliable transportation.

I am willing to play any song as long as it is in the key of C and there are no chord or key changes....HAHAHA, kidding about that... Also, I will NOT dress up as Little Bo Peep for gigs, I am NOT kidding about that. I do own a Santa suit though but let's not go there... Rock on, people!

Influences

I love the blues and classic rock. I also play the sh*t out of Santana music. I am up for most things; wouldn't mind playing some Funk, as an example. Love old classic rock for sure.

EQUIPMENT

Nothing but professional stuff. You know, the stuff that looks great, sounds great and you don't have to beat it to make that pesky hum go away. I only play with top shelf gear because I don't like fiddling with something all the time (not to mention I wouldn't care for the looks of the fellow band mates wondering when I might slay the technical dragon).

I come prepared and ready to go; on time, every time. I have a number of boards, amps; a sound system and recording room with 24 track. I also have a kazoo somewhere...I need a cowbell.

Hammond SL Pro73 (when traveling light), Hammond XK-3 with XLK-5 lower manual, Yamaha Motif 6, Yamaha CP series stage piano, 2- Roland KC-500 amps, 1- Motion Sound Pro-45 rotary speaker amp, foil hat
