I am a young woodwind player with much passion for music. I was involved in concert band, orchestra, marching band, pit orchestras for musicals, and chamber music. However, what I have found I have had the most compassion for was jazz and every related subgenre. I've been playing saxophone all of my high school life, and I practice consistently. In my high school, I was known as the saxophonist in our little rock band called the "Rock Climbers". I'm currently in three different jazz bands, my high school one- I play alto; my college one- I play clarinet; and a community one- I play tenor. Tenor saxophone is the instrument I care most about in the related genres.
