Are you looking for a backup singer with purple hair and a flexible schedule? You found me!

Just moved to Oakland and looking to meet some local musicians. Previously, I was in a band of six (guitar, bass, drums, piano, and banjo). We mostly played original music, but did a cover here and there.

I sang, but also hopped on some songs with my cello. I’ve been playing mandolin for a couple years now too. Mainly, I just wanna find someone/a band to jam and write with and gig every once in awhile.

At this point in my career, I want to sing for a band that is looking to add another layer to their sound. I like to compliment a lead vocalist. I’m not the leading lady kind. I sing on key and am able to hear harmonies well. I’m also a songwriter (play a bit of piano by way of songwriting too). That’s pretty much all I’m looking for.

I’m a PhD candidate just writing my dissertation so I have a very flexible schedule.
