I make instrumental tracks of various generes. Mostly jazzy/bluesy hip hop tracks. I mostly sample old material to make my tracks, but I am feeling more and more that there is little to no flexibility in this type of music. That being said, I`m looking for any and all types of artists that play different instruments. Also looking for vocalists who are interested in the above listed generes. Not looking to be the overwelming voice of the group either. Just like making music, and looking for others in my area who are interested in doing the same. I`ve been doing this since I was 12 years old, so the love for the music is there. Just need some new views/ideas. Hoping to find them through this site. EQUIPMENT
Computer, Reason(software), and ACID(software). These are the two programs I`ve really learned to use the most. I have dabbled in other programs such as Fruity Loops, Garage Band, Cakewalk, and Pro Tools. But Reason and ACID are what I learned on, so my comfort level with these programs is much higher than any others.
