Drummer for 25+ years and dozens of groups and session recordings in Chicago, Colorado and the Twin Cities looking to collaborate with like minded musicians. I play for the song and keep a groove in the pocket. I can, and certainly do, rock. But I try not to be too flashy and keep my chops and volume appropriate for the room, for the song, and for the vibe of what is being created. Into the sound old soul, funk, rock, jazz, country and folk recordings from the 60s and 70s, but can play with contemporary sounds and grooves too. Pretty much anything but metal or prog.
