I am not making a career out of this. This is for fun.

I am not a weekend warrior. I can actually play and have experience.

I am looking for other experienced musicians.

I've been playing metal, hard rock, and punk for 26 years. I'm interested in doom/stoner/sludge/groove/thrash metal genres.

My playing style is based on Geezer's, Burton's, and Harris'... but mostly Geezer's :)

I have all of my own gear, recording gear, and transportation.

I prefer band practice at least once a week and in person, and if needed before a gig, I can make myself available for more days a week depending on the needs of the band.

I prefer local gigs and can do short distances from LA, like neighboring counties, i.e. OC, VC, SB, SBD, SD. If planned ahead, I can do NorCal, Nevada and Arizona. Maybe further out if planned even further ahead.

Gig frequency, once a week is rough, but if it's every odd month where we have a gig once a week that's fine.

I am doing this for my benefit, for my love of music, and not for money. Getting paid is nice, but it's not my primary concern. Basically, I can't rely on gigging for work. So I am looking for people who want to record, gig, have fun, drink, party, and are in the same place as I am.
