Tired of playing covers? ISO Bass Player, Drummer for rock band.
We looking for a bass player and a drummer, perhaps a keyboard / synth player, for our newly-formed band called Metaphysica. We will perform originals, and some covers from 60s-70s. We can be progressive.

We aren't formally trained in music, but we have a few years of experience in other rock bands. We have dozens of songs written and in progress.
Our vision for the music is melodic dance-able punk and alternative rock ballads. Think 'B' side Go-Go's. (Not the pop stuff they played on the radio) We also enjoy many different Rock sub-genres. We have recently been adding some light rock from 60s and 70s to our portfolio.

We have a guitar player and a lead singer/keyboard player. Our ambition is to practice 2 or 3 times a week and perform once a month. We are in our 40-50s. We live in Cottonwood, CA where we have a small practice room. No smoking, drugs, drama please. All members may contribute to song writing and development.

We are inspired by an eclectic variety of music from bands like Dream Theater, Rush, Yes, Queensryche, Magenta, Nightwish, the GoGos, Cranberries, The Seekers, The Hollies, Styx, and Night Ranger.
