I love recording, but at 74 years, I'm not looking for another band to start over with. All I do is what I like, so I don't have to think about anything else. I don't sample anything. When you hear these songs, it's either me playing an instrument or composing notes with MIDI technology and the sound being played through the recording program. I do play all the guitar, bass, harmonica and some keyboard parts. I compose parts for all other instruments I don't play (i.e. sax, violins, flutes, accordion, etc...) using MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface)
