Tenor Sax: strong soloist and improviser, can read and write charts well,
Keyboards: Classic B-3, Rhodes, Wurl, Clav sounds, lead and/or backing vocals a huge plus.
Trumpet: Strong soloist, can read charts within structure of a horn section.
Female Vocalist: Backing and some lead vocals
