thepaulcollinsband Paul Collins comes from a family of passionate professional musicians. When Paul was 14 years old, he got his first six-string electric guitar and started learning classic rock guitar riffs, and by the age of 16 he had formed his first garage band playing on a Music Man Sabre 2 electric guitar. In college, Paul found that he was quite gifted in writing poetry and news letter articles and later in life started writing original songs. It wasn’t long before Paul began singing at open mics and then performing in front of very large crowds at his college’s graduation ceremonies.

Taking after his father, and with the help of his dear friend Richard Piscitello, he formed a self-titled band in Southern California called “The Paul Collins Band.” Paul’s band keeps quite busy playing 3-4 hour events at various venues around Los Angels and and surrounding County pubs and eateries. The Paul Collins Band is available for hire and plays a variety of popular songs from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s that can get any crowd out on the dance floor and always finds a way to turn any night into a festive celebration.
