We are a band formed 2 years ago in the Oneonta area. We have gone through all of the usual cookie cutter setlists, and well, it's time to step out of that box. I am looking for 2 lead guitarists who can put their egos aside and can compliment eachother. Preferably a rocker style lead and a country style lead to be able to collaborate. I will settle for one lead for now if i must, but diversity is a must to carry the load (specifically being money on Jason Aldean). I am also looking for a high energy drummer who slings splinters on stage. The direction i am looking to go is basically, material other cover bands don't play. Sure, we'll do the usual sing alongs like Dixieland Delight and such, but i want to add MORE. Most people do Jason Aldean. I am looking to do the Aldean songs no one else is doing. Sure, everyone plays Good One Comin On by Blackberry Smoke....but let's bring more Smoke. Of all of the local bands around the area, i haven't heard a single Cody Johnson or Whiskey Myers tune YET. Let's do it. And i would love creative minds to write original material with me. Come step out of the comfort zone with me. Let's push eachother to do the things no one else is doing.
