I'm an 18 year old guitarist, I have been playing for about 5-ish years and I always wanted to join some people to create music. I first picked up a "Right handed" acoustic when I was 13,(given to me by a friend) but the problem was I was and still am a "Left handed guitarist". I learned first on that right handed guitar, and I self taught myself also, I got my first lefty a year and a half later then I had to re-learn what I taught myself. So far I've been studying many artists and how they play the guitar and taking bits from them to make my sound more original. But its hard with no one else to play with. So I can play more Rhythm Guitar on a right handed guitar, and a better lead/soloist on a lefty guitar. But I can play both.
