Band to Join.ABOUT
Singer/Songwriter recently moved to LA area. Playing guitar and singing in bands for 10 years. Looking for band with like influences but willing to try anything. Prefer not to chase the 80's though. Want band with substance. Moved to LA to follow a life long dream. Failure is not an option. Like to sing and scream at appropriate times to follow peaks and valleys in song structure. I don't want to scream a whole song. Don't have to play guitar to feel complete in band. Singing is preference. I have a day job so I don't care about money. I'm here to make it, not to play someone else's music. Willing to leave job if band is at level to make sustainable income (deal, touring). Work so I can't practive 20 times a week. Practice makes you tight, playing shows makes you tighter. If the band is talented 20 practices a week isn't going to make a difference. Please don't think I don't want to practice, I just don't want to practice 20 times a week. At the beggining of course you have to practice a lot but over time things gel and you can cut practice to ten times a week. lol. OK, well let me know if your interested.
