Guitarist | vocalist | producer | mix engineer. Looking to get a band together or join one to play local/regional shows. Open to playing bari guitar as well to fill in sonics if already have guitarist/vocalist. IG: reyd.Iverson.music
I’m Primarily an electric player (rhythm and lead) with influences from classic rock, blues, funk, soul, hip hop, r&b, and others. Open to playing baritone in bands already with bass and guitar to fill in the mix. Also play acoustic (including some fingerstyle) and while I don’t see this as my primary role in a band, open to duo collaborations with great vocalists doing an acoustic thing.
Right now the band I’m envisioning would have influences from rock, soul/neosoul, and funk, classic sounding with modern twists in instrumentation (synth and programming, as well as guitar tones). BUT I’m also open to joining bands playing many different genres (though I’m not into country and not looking to play metal), including straight up funk, blues, jazz, collaborate on hip hop productions (I also make beats), classic rock covers, etc.
Would definitely hope to put out some records with my band. I have a full home studio setup (except a drum kit due to space) and experience with production and mix engineering, with lots of tools to fill in sonics on a record (synth, percussion, etc). Don’t do mastering.
