I want to collaborate with a melodic lead guitarist for my original rock band. I'm a melodic singer, too. I don't care how fast or technical you are. I only care if you have different or interesting riff ideas and can play with feel. I don't really write or sing punk or metal core--I can, but it's not my thing. I'm not a screamer, growler, or rapper--I just sing and wail--I'm influenced by Classic Rock, Pop Rock, and alternative Rock, so ideally you are, too.
I'm also interested in looking for a lead guitarist for my variety cover band. I need someone knows enough theory and has enough courtesy (or enough guitars) to tune down or transpose if necessary.
I've also been a hired gun and bandmate for other bands including country and blues bands. I prefer to sing harmonies over lead for the country bands, but I can sing lead in the Blues bands. And I sing and play at the same time.
I sing in Spanish, too. So I would even join any type of band that plays Spanish style like Tejano or Rock en Espanol.
