I am a working local drummer now looking to go up to the next level. I have a great attiude and work ethic. I get along with anybody, and club owners dig me. I'm dependable, steady, and a master of tempo and dynamics. We will not start a tune and speed it up or slow it down unless we want to.
I see the drummers job as laying out a comfortable pillow for the other players to perfom on. He also must be hard-wired to the bass player. If da rythm section don't rock, nobody rocks.
