I have been playing gigs in cover bands. Typically I have played classic rock, oldies, 80s, 70s, disco, yacht rock and pop. I have played in most types of places: corporate gigs, private parties, clubs, bars, and community events.
I am looking for a cover band that plays songs that are danceable or have energy. My preference is 80s, yacht rock, or disco, but I am open as long as it has a groove.
I have a professional career outside music, so I am not looking to play to cover my rent. I don't bring any drama. I am just looking for a group of solid players that are a good hang!

Influences
As a guitar player, I certainly have my favorites. It really depends on the genre. However, I would say that I am more of a song freak. If it is a great song with great guitar playing, I will try to figure out a way to incorporate it into my playing.
