I'm looking for a band that needs a competent, reliable, professional, hard working bass player. I've been in a lot of bands over the years, some good, some ok, some downright sh*tty. I'm not a kid. I DON'T have an ego. I don't do drugs. I'm not an alcoholic. I have professional gear (that works!!). I won't ask you for a power cord, or guitar cable, or anything else because I forgot mine. I have reliable transportation and will actually show up to a gig or rehearsal on time, or God forbid, early!! I'm more than willing to help load in the gear, and tear down and load it out when it's over. Nothing makes me happier than to be on the bandstand playing and see people get up to dance. I can carry a tune. I have sang lead and backup both. I love the Blues. From Robert Johnson to John Lee Hooker, to SRV. I believe all rock and roll is born of the blues, and must be respected. I love "Southern Rock". Growing up in the 70's was a great time to be a music fan. I like "older country" music (Hank, Merle, George, Johnny, Dwight). I'm not interested in the horrible crap that is being called country music today. The bottom line is; a great prophet named Joan once said, "I love Rock & Roll"
