I am a female and I teach as well as play accoustic and electric guitar and bass guitar. I also sing lead and back-up vocals and harmony as well. I am looking to get into a band currently. An oldies band, wedding band, but a BAND that has work and doesn't play these stupid head games! I am also looking to get into a JAZZ trio or band! I play banjo and I was one of the first female Mummers to march on Broad Street for at least 15 years.

Influences
I have a lot of influences. Beatles, lots of country artists, lots of oldies from the 50's thru to the 80's. If anyone remembers the four piece instrumental band The Ventures, I have just about every album they recorded and always loved their music. I also have been greatly influenced by the jazz style of Wes Montgomery and George Benson.

EQUIPMENT
I have an accoustic guitar and I use a Peavy amp. I have a few different electric guitars and I have microphones as well. The one guitar I usually use when I perform is a Microfret Golden Comet.
