Hey all good people!

I'm relatively new to Ventura, having moved from the CT/NY area about 3 years ago. Super happy to have discovered The Grape on E. Main.

Jazz/Funk/Prog/Fusion keys player looking to connect with like-minded artists. Solid B player. I write as well and like playing originals. I also like collaborating and have lots of experience both live and studio.

I've owned everything, including many Rhodes of every vintage (still have all the service manuals), tons of synths including a Yamaha DX-1 (147 made - wound up donating it to the New England Synthesizer Museum) and most beautifully, a Yamaha C-7 grand. A church in the midwest wound up buying that, and it cost them $2500 just to have it shipped.

Triggered by a Roland A88, I primarily use Keyscape software along with a number of other sound engines - Hammond B3, Clavinet and Moog.

By the way, the Keyscape Yamaha C7 pianos are stunning and one would be hard pressed to distinguish them from that gorgeous original. Check out any of their "Keyscape Sessions" on YouTube.
