Tracing Figures + Band in San Francisco, CA

ABOUT

We are an established band that has been playing in SF for four years at venues such as Cafe Du Nord, Rickshaw Stop, El Rio, Brick and Mortar, Red Devil Lounge, and more. We are: Female/alto vocals, lead guitars/keys, rhythm guitar, and a drummer/synth player who sings backing vocals.

We are currently looking for a new bass player and keyboard player.

We practice 1-2 times a week (shoot for 2, usually get 1), and we try to play shows once or twice a month. While we are not on the path to rock stardom, we enjoy making music on a regular basis with good friends, and try to take things seriously as we all want to make the best music possible.

EQUIPMENT

We use Ableton Live for our automated vocal FX and some atmospheric effects and synthetic backing tracks.

We all use wired in-ear monitors, double mic setup with iPad mix control, and everyone gets their own mix.

Guitars are in a stereo amp setup with two large pedalboards

Drums are Pearl Masters with Zildjian cymbals, small 4 piece setup.
