I am a singer songwriter for the band Seaview. I'm looking for a permanent backing band. I've been playing locally for the past two years locally backed by keyboards, bass, guitar and drums here in the Bay Area, ca. You can find out music at seaviewmusic and also on Spotify, be, Apple Music and iTunes under the name seaview. I have residency at a couple different breweries for monthly shows and ideally I'm looking to perfect our live set and eventually take the group on the road. I have unlimited access to my best friend's studio where I helped produce our recordings.
I am looking for 4 other musicians, ideally who are good at improvising, interpreting my songs, and bringing back the ethos of the live rock band.
Our main sound can be classified as alternative reggae, but I listen to everything from rap/funk/r&b to rock, reggae and pop music. I mainly do the songwriting but I'm open to ideas. I just love chord progressions melodies and lyrics. I have many songs written and have already self produced and released a full length album "The Cottage".
I'm looking to rent out a musicians house with other musicians and take it to the next level and really be able to work together with people who share the same goals and dreams of performing their craft in front of people. I'm 25 years old and will take either older or younger musicians.
