We play a big mix of genres. It really varies from song to song, and we often mix a bunch of styles/genres into single songs as well. For example, one song will be rich acoustic (kind of like DMB), while the next will be a contemplative, atmospheric soundscape, and then the next will be a bossa nova type jazz with latin influences that changes into a reggae jam, then we will turn around and play some straight funk. We are all college age students, and are split between OU and OKCU, but we usually practice in OKC.
