ABOUT

I am a bass player and am able to sing both lead vocals, as well as backup vocals. I have been playing bass guitar for 8+ years and music in general for 18 years. I am from the New York Metropolitan area. I attended the Paul Green School of Rock for four years from age 14-18.
In that time, I have opened up for Peter Frampton, Y and T, Allan Holdsworth, Jimmie Johnson, Mountain, Project Object, Terry Bozio, Blues Traveler, Dropkick Murphys, and Devo.
I have played on stage with Napoleon Murphy Brock (Zappa), Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge), The Butthole Surfers, Tragedy, Anton Fig (David Letterman), Jane Getter Band, Brendon Small (Metalocalpyse), and Andrew W.K. I have been on 4 domestic tours and 2 international tours. Post-School of Rock, I have played on stage with Julio Fernandez (Spyro Gyra), Jules Shear and Pal Shazar.
I have experience playing with wedding bands, club cover bands, original bands, acoustic trios, and jazz trios. I have experience in creating arrangements in terms of medleys and mashing songs together. I have Real Book experience and am able to play live with the Real Book. I have worked and work well with female vocalists in all settings. I have recording experience and have listed a few songs on the profile page.

EQUIPMENT

I rotate between 3 bass guitars. 4 string passive customized Schecter diamond series. 5 string Ibanez Soundgear. 4 string customized Stagg electric upright.
I play through a Genz-Benz Shuttle 9.0 with one of the following three cabinets: 15" Hartke speaker, 2 10" speaker, 1 12" Hartke speaker with tweeter. I also play with a Polytone Mini Brute bass amp. My pedalboard consists of a Boss Overdrive pedal, an Ernie Ball VPJR volume pedal and a Shure UT4 Wireless System. I own a Shure microphone and microphone stand.
